Who operates this site

AirTravelCover.com is operated by Ashutosh Kumar as a sole proprietorship. By using the site, the advisor tool, or contacting Ashutosh through the numbers or forms on this site, you agree to these terms.

What AirTravelCover is — and isn’t

AirTravelCover is an independent comparison and advisory site. It:

• Compares real, published premiums from five Indian insurers — Bajaj, Tata AIG, ICICI Lombard, Care Health and IndusInd — for the plans and rate charts we hold.
• Does not sell insurance policies directly, does not underwrite any policy, and does not hold an IRDAI licence as an agent, broker, or Point of Sales Person.
• Does not earn commission from any insurer for the plans it shows or recommends.

Any policy you decide to buy is issued by the insurer directly, subject to that insurer’s own terms, underwriting, and claim process — not by AirTravelCover. Premiums shown are read from the insurers’ own rate charts as of the last reload date shown on the site and can change; always confirm the final premium and policy wording with the insurer before paying.

The 10% discount

Whichever plan you choose from the comparison, Ashutosh can arrange it at 10% off the premium shown, with no sign-up, no account and no referral code required. This is a discount Ashutosh offers directly, not an insurer-issued discount, and is subject to Ashutosh confirming the plan and premium with you by phone or WhatsApp before you pay.

The 20% reward points offer

If you choose to sign in with Google, you additionally receive reward points equal to 20% of the discount amount on that booking (for example, a ₹500 discount earns ₹100 in points). Points can be redeemed against a future insurance, flight, or hotel booking arranged through Ashutosh, subject to the balance shown in your account at /me. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person, and can be withdrawn or adjusted if we find evidence of abuse (for example, duplicate accounts or fraudulent bookings).

Flights & hotels offer

Separately from insurance, if you find a specific flight or hotel on any booking site and send the details to Ashutosh on WhatsApp, he can arrange the same booking with no convenience fee and at least ₹200 below the price you found (per passenger for a flight, per room per night for a hotel). This is a booking-assistance service, not an insurance product, and is not governed by any insurance regulation. AirTravelCover does not guarantee availability of the exact fare or room rate at the time of booking — pricing and availability depend on the airline or hotel at the time Ashutosh books it.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the premiums, plan details, and coverage guides on this site accurate and current, and figures are read from the insurers’ own published rate charts rather than estimated. That said, insurer terms, exclusions, and premiums can change without notice on their end, and the coverage guides are general information, not a substitute for reading your actual policy wording before you buy.

Limitation of liability

AirTravelCover provides comparison and advisory information only. We are not liable for any loss arising from a policy purchase, claim outcome, or booking made with an insurer, airline, or hotel, as those transactions are between you and that provider. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site’s offers change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
